By storing them in the freezer between uses, it restores the natural moisture that the microwave draws out. When heated in the microwave you have a wonderful moist . Our herb packs and pillows are formulated with a mixture of natural seeds and herbs. Our blend has been mixed specifically to hold the heat for the longest possible time. We use all natural herbs for our herbal aromatherapy. The Kozy Collar products can be used hot from your microwave for moist heat, or cold from the freezer. To Heat: Microwave for about 15-60 seconds. To Freeze: Store in a zip lock bag in the freezer.
