30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. We will

Exchanges
Kozy Collar.com will accept exchanges for another item
on our site, or if the item arrives damaged, or the
if the item received is defective. If you have an item
that you wish to return for another item, simply return
the item to our warehouse for a refund and then visit
our website to purchase the new item that you want.
Exchanges made for damaged or defective items will be
made directly from the warehouse. Please note that it
takes 10-14 days from receipt of your return to process
your refund.

Tracking and Insuring Your Return
Kozy Collar.com recommends you track your returns so
that you may confirm that we have received it. The U.S.
post office offers delivery confirmation for an additional
fee. Also, you may consider insuring your return.
Just take your package to a U.S. post office service
window and a representative can add these options for
you. If you elect to use another carrier to ship your
return, we recommend you use a carrier such as UPS or
FedEx that provides tracking information.
Crediting Your Returns
Kozy Collar.com will refund the credit card used to
make the purchase. Once we receive your order, we credit
the appropriate account within 10-14 days.
Returning a Gift
If you are returning a gift, we will automatically refund
the credit card used by the purchaser. If you are returning
a gift, please include the name of the purchaser on
your refund request so the proper account may be credited.
